Our client is growing their Service Desk team and is looking for a reliable, customerfocused IT professional who enjoys solving problems and supporting end users in a dynamic enterprise environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, clear communication, and making a visible impact on daytoday operations.
*What We're Looking For*
* 1+ year of Help Desk or Service Desk experience
* Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
* Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to clearly explain solutions to nontechnical users
*Key Responsibilities*
* Deliver highquality technical support via phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows devices, PCs, printers, and user applications
* Apply basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) during issue resolution
* Triage, prioritize, and escalate highimpact incidents appropriately
* Partner with leadership on process improvements and documentation
* Assist with small technical projects as needed
* Translate complex technical issues into clear, easytounderstand guidance for end users
*Schedule & Hybrid Setup*
* *Hybrid Schedule:* Onsite Monday-Thursday, remote Fridays
* *Flexibility:* After 90 days, top performers may qualify for up to 2 remote days per week
* *Hours:* Day shift
* *Training:* 3+ weeks onsite
*Success Factors*
* Strong reliability and consistent attendance
* Professional, customerfirst communication style
* Ability to meet performance metrics, including weekly attendance and productivity reporting
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.25/hr.
