Ive been a State Farm Agent for 18 years and am proud to be a second-generation agent, continuing my fathers legacy of dedication and service. Our agency is home to a multi-lingual team that offers support in English, Spanish, Malayalam, and Polish, ensuring we can meet the needs of a wide range of customers.

I take great pride in helping my community thrive both in and out of the office, whether thats through supporting local schools, service organizations, or sports clubs. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Denise Mote - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
