Our client, a leader in customized, cooked protein solutions, is seeking a relationship-driven
Foodservice Account Manager
to help grow and deepen their partnerships with mid-sized restaurant chains and foodservice operators. In this high-impact role, you’ll be the face of our client’s brand - building trust, solving problems, and delivering tailored protein solutions that meet the unique needs of their customers.
You’ll report directly to the Director of Sales and collaborate across R&D, QA, and production to turn concepts into real, revenue-generating products. What You’ll Do Build and manage a profitable annual sales growth plan within your territory
Strengthen relationships with key decision-makers to maintain margins and drive repeat business
Identify new opportunities in untapped foodservice segments and help shape product development
Work cross-functionally with operations, R&D, and QA to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment
Translate market and customer insights into actionable strategies that grow share and brand loyalty
Act as a trusted partner to customers - offering solutions, not just products
Travel time 25-30% What You Bring 5+ years of
direct foodservice sales experience
(not through brokers/distributors)
Proven ability to
sell to regional or mid-sized restaurant chains
Track record of developing long-term client relationships and managing complex sales cycles
Strong understanding of the foodservice industry’s nuances and a consultative sales style
Experience selling protein, soups, sauces, or other prepared food products
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools
Must be able to legally work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship ⭐
