I opened my agency in 2023, and since then, weve built a growing team of three dedicated professionals focused on serving our community with excellence. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent my career in the oil and gas industry, but my passion for helping people and building lasting relationships led me to make the transition into insurance.

I hold a Masters degree in Business and was born and raised right here in San Antonio. Im a proud husband and father of three, and when Im not in the office, youll most likely find me outdoors spending quality time with my family.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Thomas Specia - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
