Hourly Pay:
Starting at
$15.00/hr
Commission: $15 per Show
$20 per Sold
After
90 days:
$25 per Show
and
$25 per Sold
Earnings typically align with the
national BDC average of $38,000–$55,000+
annually, depending on performance.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and internet inquiries
Set sales and service appointments and follow up to ensure high show rates
Re-engage missed and no-show customers
Contact customers regarding current marketing incentives
Provide product information and highlight key features
Maintain organized follow-up through CRM to encourage repeat and referral business
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Qualifications
Strong computer and communication skills
Call center or high-volume phone experience preferred
Automotive experience helpful but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a background check
