POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a contract Content Writer with experience in the multifamily or property management industry who is excited about the intersection of marketing and AI technology. This role will support marketing initiatives by producing authentic, engaging, educational, and industry relevant content that helps position our brand as a leader in AI solutions for the multifamily space.
The ideal candidate understands the property management ecosystem and can translate complex AI concepts into clear, valuable content for industry professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create marketing content such as blog posts, articles, landing pages, case studies, and long‑form thought leadership pieces
Write across brand touchpoints: campaign concepts & taglines, headlines, ads, decks/presentations, scripts, and print
Develop content focused on AI applications within multifamily and property management
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content with campaign strategies
Research industry trends, property management challenges, and emerging AI technologies
Help establish and maintain brand voice and messaging frameworks
Edit and optimize content for readability, SEO, and marketing performance
Support content needs for campaigns, product launches, and educational resources
Manage multiple projects in an environment where priorities can shift—without sacrificing craft
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience writing marketing or industry content related to multifamily, property management, or proptech
Strong understanding of the multifamily industry and property management operations
Demonstrated ability to write about complex, technical, or AI focused concepts for non‑specialist audiences without flattening the nuance
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Strong research ability and attention to detail
Comfort collaborating with designers, marketers, and senior stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a contract environment
ENGAGEMENT DETAILS:
Contract role working approximately
20 to 30 hours per week
Weekly hours may fluctuate depending on marketing priorities and content needs.
