Job Overview: This position supports implementation of the 2025 Education Innovation and Research Grant in the Academic Outcomes and Instruction Unit, through the design, delivery, analysis, and evaluation of Montana’s approved 2025 EIR Grant application. The position supports the roll out and implementation of the EIR Grant initiatives including the Montana High‑Impact Tutoring (M‑HiT) program, providing oversight of contracts for early‑learning professional learning opportunities aligned to the science of reading, the evaluation contracts and providing resources and community outreach opportunities regarding the grant activities for districts and families. Overseeing the budget and ensuring the grant processes are in alignment with the grant awards is also an element of this work.

Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience):

Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or related field.

3 years grant management experience

Special Information: This position is dependent on grant funding and utilizes an employment contract. Funding for this position is anticipated to be available through June 30, 2031. If additional funding becomes available, the contract may be renewed or extended.
