About this team The Finance Product Management team sits within Finance Operations andis responsible forthe strategy, roadmap, and delivery of lululemon’s enterprise Finance and Inventory platforms. This team plays a critical role in enablingaccuratefinancial reporting, pricing and revenue integrity, inventory visibility, regulatory compliance, and scalable business growth across the enterprise.

As part of Finance Operations, the team applies strong product management discipline to complex, highly integrated systems—balancing operational stability, risk management, and auditability withlongtermcapability evolution. This includes leading largescale platform upgrades, supporting new business models and channels, and ensuring core Finance and Inventory systemsremainresilient, compliant, andfuturereadyas lululemon continues to scale globally.

A day in the life: what you’ll do Own the product vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap for lululemon’s enterprise Finance and Inventory platforms, with primary accountability for RMS and supporting Finance systems

Lead the evolution and modernization of highly complex, business‑critical platforms, including a large‑scale RMS upgrade and post‑implementation capability expansion

Partner closely with senior leaders across Finance, Merchandising, Planning & Allocations, Supply Chain, Digital, Technology, and Guest Experience to translate business strategy into clear, prioritized product roadmaps

Define investment cases, sequencing, and trade‑off decisions that balance operational stability, financial controls, risk, and long‑term innovation

Govern prioritization frameworks, roadmap planning, and intake processes across multiple cross‑functional initiatives and delivery teams

Ensure platforms meet enterprise standards for data quality, auditability, security, and regulatory compliance

Provide executive‑level communication on platform health, risks, delivery progress, and realized business value

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers while fostering strong cross‑functional delivery partnerships

Act as an escalation point for complex platform decisions, risk management, and cross‑portfolio dependency resolution

Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience leading complex, enterprise‑scale platforms, with preference for Finance, Inventory, ERP, or highly integrated operational systems

Proven experience owning multi‑year product strategies and roadmaps for mission‑critical platforms supporting large, global organizations

Strong understanding of Finance and Inventory domains, including controls, auditability, data integrity, and regulatory considerations

Demonstrated success leading large, cross‑functional initiatives involving Finance, Technology, and operational business partners

Experience delivering and evolving complex systems within agile and hybrid delivery environments

Executive‑level presence with the ability to influence and align senior leaders across multiple functions

Strong critical thinking and decision‑making skills, with the ability to navigate trade‑offs between stability, risk, and innovation

Proven people leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, and developing Product Managers

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related discipline; advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, MBA, PMP, Product Management certification) preferred

Compensation and benefits package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from

$157,400-$206,600

annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
