Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX, for an Insurance Broker. The Insurance Broker will assist clients in selecting insurance policies that meet their specific needs, providing advisory on Medicare plans, retirement planning options, and other financial solutions. Responsibilities include fostering client relationships, educating clients on available insurance products, and coordinating with providers to ensure effective policy management. The role will require active collaboration with the team to deliver top-tier service and maintain strong community engagement.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Insurance Brokerage, Insurance, and Finance
Strong skills in Customer Service, including the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
Knowledge of Retirement Planning and related financial advisory services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
State licensing in insurance is required or the ability to obtain it within a defined period
Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
