About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relations Administrator (CRA) to join our growing financial services team. In this dynamic role, you will support our Financial Advisors by enhancing the client experience and assisting in the growth of our investment practice. The CRA plays a vital part in ensuring exceptional client service and efficient operations while helping clients feel informed, empowered, and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-level client service and support business development efforts
Assist clients with account maintenance, money requests, RMDs, and technology tools
Respond promptly to client inquiries—always by the end of the business day
Manage and maintain accurate client records in CRM
Schedule and coordinate client review meetings and follow-up appointments
Proactively contact clients to provide updates and gather personal insights
Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and accounts, resolving any issues
Support advisors in meeting preparation and follow-up tasks
Serve as a backup for our First Impressions Manager (reception/front desk)
Participate in weekly advisor meetings to help track tasks, marketing, and communication
Qualifications:
Excellent client service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong organizational abilities with extraordinary attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Flexible, adaptable, and resourceful with strong follow-through
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Financial or securities industry experience preferred but not required
