
Senior Paralegal, Corporate/Capital Markets - Elite US Law Firm

We are partnering with a leading international law firm to hire a Senior Paralegal (IPO & Capital Markets) for their growing team in Hong Kong. Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end support for Equity Capital Markets transactions with a primary focus on Hong Kong IPOs.
Draft, format, and meticulously review complex legal documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate the preparation and submission of listing documents and regulatory filings to the HKEX and SFC.
Manage comprehensive due diligence processes including the maintenance of organized physical and electronic data rooms.
Conduct detailed legal and regulatory research concerning market practices and evolving listing rules.
Liaise directly with corporate clients, auditors, and various third‑party stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution.
Maintain transaction databases, closing checklists, and rigorous project timelines for the corporate team.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal within a well‑recognized law firm.
Proven track record in executing ECM and Hong Kong IPO mandates is essential.
Bachelor's degree holder in Law, Legal Studies, or a related business discipline.
Professional verbal and written communication skills in both English and
Chinese (Mandarin) .
Exceptional document management capabilities with a high level of attention to detail.
Capability to work independently while mentoring junior team members in a fast‑paced environment.
