$110,000 - 130,000 Base + $30,000 Bonus
Prestigious International Alternative Asset Manager
This is one of our favorite clients in the Asset Management space. They aren't too big, but aren't small. Their investments span PE, HF, Fixed Income strategies, servicing UHNW Individuals, Pension Plans, Charitable Organizations, Sovereign Wealth Funds, mutual fund investors, and other Institution across the globe.

Hybrid (Monday and Friday home).
They are looking for a Senior Associate to focus on the end-to-end compensation process for their Global Institutional Sales Teams. You will work closely with various groups (Payroll, Client Billing, Fund Admin, Client Coverage, Technology) contributing to innovation around workflows/technology and ensuring effective execution of the Sales Compensation process.
Ideal Background
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
4-6+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.
Experience with commission-based compensation is required
Responsibilities
End-to-End Calculation Management: Direct the calculation and validation of complex, production-based incentive programs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring high-precision reporting for all revenue-generating teams.
Variance Analysis & Advisory: Conduct deep-dive root-cause analysis on payout fluctuations; serve as a primary technical advisor to departmental leadership to explain data-driven financial outcomes.
Strategic Reporting: Synthesize compensation data into high-level trend analysis and forecasting models to guide executive decision-making.
Financial Integrity & GL Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of compensation-related accounting, including P&L impact assessment, general ledger entries, and rigorous balance sheet reconciliations.
Cross-Functional Systems Integration: Partner with HR Information Systems (HRIS), Fintech, and departmental heads to ensure seamless plan implementation and rapid issue resolution.
Systems Optimization: Lead the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and deployment of automated technology enhancements to scale global compensation workflows.
Process Engineering: Audit existing workflows to identify data integrity gaps, implementing scalable improvements that increase accuracy and operational efficiency.
