Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent position located in Katy, TX. As a Real Estate Agent at JPAR, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, managing client relationships, hosting property tours, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with buyers and sellers to ensure a seamless real estate transaction process while building and maintaining a strong referral network.
Qualifications
Must hold a valid Real Estate License to legally perform real estate transactions
Proficiency in Real Estate practices including buying, selling, and managing Real Property
Strong skills in Customer Service to build lasting relationships and guide clients through the process
Experience or skills in Sales to effectively market properties and negotiate deals
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Self-driven, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
Knowledge of the Katy, TX real estate market is a plus
