Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Memphis, TN, for a Commercial Real Estate Agent. Responsibilities include representing clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties, performing market research, analyzing property trends, and managing property transactions from initial inquiry to closing. The role also involves prospecting new clients, maintaining strong networks, and providing expert insights into market value and property investments.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License and familiarity with Brokerage processes
Strong skills in property transactions, sales, and client relationship management
Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in market research tools and real estate software is a plus
Knowledge of the Memphis real estate market is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
