Associate, M&A & Corporate Transactions

The New Orleans office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. seeks an associate with two to five years of relevant experience to join its nationally recognized and rapidly expanding corporate transactional practice. The ideal candidates are hardworking individuals with excellent writing and analytical skills, sound judgment, superior organizational skills and attention to detail, and experience drafting complex transactional agreements. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to grow into a key member of the team and gain experience on a variety of buy- and sell-side M&A deals, general corporate matters, and other business transactions with national clients. Responsibilities Draft complex transactional agreements. Work on buy- and sell-side M&A deals. Engage in other business transactions with national clients. Qualifications Two to five years of relevant experience. Required Skills Excellent writing and analytical skills. Sound judgment. Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
