Real Estate Intern

First Community Credit Union (FCCU) is offering a nine‑week, full‑time (40 hr/week) paid internship based in Houston, TX. The internship focuses on Mortgage Lending and will run from 6/08/2026 to 8/07/2026.
As a member of the Real Estate team you will gain experience in residential mortgage lending duties across multiple product lines including conventional loans, home equity, and home improvement loans. The position offers hands‑on exposure to our loan origination system, credit report ordering, underwriting processes, and loan documentation preparation.
The intern will assist the department with member communication via inbound/outbound calls and emails, coordinate loan closings with borrowers and title companies, and support the denial process by sending appropriate denial letters.
Requirements Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or graduate‑level degree with a business designation.
