Essential Functions
Support Spirits Leadership team in managing shared schedules and planning meetings with internally and with supplier partners
Organizes and manages shared drives, trade tools, OneDrive and intranet platforms — streamlining current support materials for clarity and ease-of-use, and identifying and acquiring images, assets, POS and sell sheets. Works with creative services further to develop national assets for priority suppliers.
Coordinates national Spirit team launches including internal meetings, supplier presentations, educational meetings, marketing campaigns, asset gathering and deadlines
National liaison to the eCommerce team, taking lead on managing supplier assets, integration, performance and reporting for active storefronts, Winebow social media, Winebow Spirits website landing page, trade tools and upcoming PIM projects
Acts as the project lead for National accounts and chains, providing assets, presentations, pricing, programming, communication and support
Manages updating and editing the Spirits portfolio overview and full book for each region. Builds and maintains portfolio files for new suppliers and new items
Works in concert with Spirits RDs to communicate portfolio priorities, initiatives sales/revenue updates, industry news, trends and general inquiries from Sales Leadership to broad and chain sales leaders down to the sales team
Enter national incentives, Spirits Specialist and Director incentives into the portal; monitors, updates, recaps and tracks programs monthly
Communicates national goals into the Analytics team. Supports communication of goals with suppliers, sales leadership and the spirits team to assure alignment
Acts as National Supplier liaison with top partners on monthly meetings: creating the meeting deck and agenda and aligning priorities, progress, AR, AP, inventory and supply chain
Coordinates and updates new partner/PEC presentations, tracking of progress and messaging
Supports market analysis projects nationally for the Spirits team, with material regarding spirits trends and gaps within portfolios to target new partners and partner expansion
Develops and maintains extensive understanding of all products, services, systems, and processes to deal with a variety of questions from all departments
Assists nationally with discontinued suppliers, coordinating messaging, accounts receivable and inventory clean-up
Organizes correct item labeling, product categories, and vendor setup information to be uniform nationally across the ERP systems
Generates reports as needed including expense reports
Ability to work
Arrives to work, appointments, meetings, and other work-related functions on time and as

Minimum of 2-3 years administrative
Previous experience in portfolio management, project management or sales
Effective communication and organizational
Proficient technical skills and analytics skills
Multi-tasking, strong time management and self-motivation a must
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive and virtual conferencing
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four year college or university; one or two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Working Conditions
