Job Summary JD KOREA Co., Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Logistics Sales professional to drive growth and expand our market presence. This role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively resolving customer logistics challenges, leveraging strong language and strategic selling skills. This role is accountable for achieving the assigned sales target and contributing to business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Identify potential clients and establish initial contact, understand their specific needs, and tailor customized solutions to meet those needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and facilitating repeat business.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate contract and agreement terms to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Accurately document sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and explore new business opportunities.
Job Qualifications
Proven track record in Korea (or China or Japan) logistics sales or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Korean (both written and spoken) is essential.
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese OR English (both written and spoken) is highly preferred.
Strong problem-resolution skills with a customer‑centric approach.
Demonstrated ability in strategic selling, including identifying customer needs and positioning solutions effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
