Position Overview The Marketing Specialist supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for newly opened and acquired clinics. This role focuses on coordinating go‑to‑market activities, executing omnichannel campaigns, and ensuring a smooth marketing transition as clinics join the HearingLife network.
The ideal candidate is an execution‑focused marketer with experience in local or multi‑location marketing who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, change‑oriented environment. This role partners closely with Growth, Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams and plays a key role in delivering consistent, high‑quality marketing support during acquisition integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Support marketing execution for newly acquired/opened clinics in alignment with timelines
Coordinate go‑to‑market (GTM) activities, including campaign setup, launch, and optimization
Partner with Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure marketing plans support clinic onboarding
Partner with channel managers to execute omnichannel campaigns across digital, paid media, web, and local advertising channels
Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency
Track campaign performance and support reporting on KPIs and results
Collaborate with Brand partners during co‑branding and rebranding phases
Support testing of messaging, media, and tactics in new or transitioning markets
Manage multiple initiatives concurrently while meeting deadlines and quality standards
10-15% travel to clinics
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
4-6 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in multi‑location, retail, or service‑based organizations
Experience supporting lead generation or local market marketing programs
Exposure to campaign execution across digital and traditional channels
Experience working cross‑functionally in a collaborative environment
Must Have Skills
Strong understanding of full‑funnel marketing fundamentals
Experience in digital and traditional marketing channels
Ability to execute and optimize campaigns based on performance data
Comfort working across multiple brands or geographic markets
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Excellent project management
Process‑driven mindset and eagerness to learn
Nice To Have
Experience with AI marketing tools
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, or similar)
Target Salary Range 70k - 80k Base
