About the Team The team designs and delivers learning experiences that drive business results. We collaborate across functions to integrate AI, content, and strategy, transforming how the organization learns and performs.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the global AI Content & Learning Strategy, integrating generative AI, adaptive learning, and automation to enhance design, delivery, and analytics across all learning programs.

Partner with senior leaders across GTM, Channel, Marketing, Product, and Revenue to align learning outcomes with business objectives and performance metrics.

Oversee intake, prioritization, and execution of learning projects across multiple business units, coordinating with Account Executives, Channel Partners, Solution Engineering, Renewals, and Customer Success teams.

Champion AI tools to accelerate content creation, automate workflows, and personalize learner experiences while fostering experimentation with interactive content, simulations, and video learning.

Lead and develop a team of instructional designers, content strategists, and learning technologists to deliver cohesive, high‑quality learning initiatives that drive measurable impact.

Establish scalable processes for project governance, resource allocation, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient delivery of learning programs aligned with organizational priorities.

Build a data‑informed culture by implementing AI analytics to measure learning effectiveness, optimize engagement, and demonstrate ROI on learning investments.

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and instructional design to continuously evolve the learning strategy and maintain competitive advantage.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience in learning strategy, instructional design, or enablement.

Lead large‑scale learning or content transformation initiatives across global organizations.

Apply AI technologies in learning contexts, including generative AI, adaptive learning, and content automation.

Manage complex projects and engage stakeholders across global, cross‑functional teams.

Communicate strategic vision and lead organizational change effectively.

Lead and develop teams of learning professionals for 5+ years.

Utilize learning technologies such as LMS/LXP platforms, Seismic, Synthesia, and other AI‑driven tools.

Measure and report on learning program impact using data analytics and AI‑driven insights.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings Minimum: $126,500.00

Maximum: $276,700.00
