
Performance Management Specialist

Role: Performance Management Lead, Performance Management Lead, People relative business Partner, people business Partner (any job roles has performance management can be considered)
Start Date: ASAP
Location & Work Setup: Remote role with a potential 1-week onsite requirement in December (but not sure) in Summit, NJ
Open to remote candidates across the U.S., must work EST hours (ONLY EST CANIDDATES REQUIRED)
Duration & Hours:
April to July: ~20 hours per week
July to December: Hours may increase, up to 40 hours/week at times based on business needs
Schedule is flexible and may vary depending on workload
From August to December, availability on a daily basis is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the performance management process, particularly focusing on year-end cycles
Develop and drive effective year-end performance conversations
Create and execute communication strategies and campaigns
Collaborate with business partners, HR teams, digital teams, and employee relations
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations
Ensure detailed, high-quality deliverables across all activities
Support self-service training materials
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ years of HR experience
Experience managing at least two full year-end performance cycles
Prior experience in a similar performance management role is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Experience working with performance processes and stakeholder communication
Education:
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
