Salary: $100,000–$105,000 annually. Remote (U.S.)

design‑first Senior Web, Digital & Print Designer
with strong
HTML/CSS
skills to build high‑performing web experiences and create polished marketing assets across digital and print.
This is
not
a software engineering or front‑end engineering role. Instead, you’ll thrive here if you love:
designing clean, conversion‑focused layouts
hand‑coding HTML/CSS inside an enterprise CMS
creating cohesive brand experiences across web, email, and print
Key Responsibilities Web Design & CMS (Primary Focus)
Design and build new landing pages optimized for lead generation
Enhance existing corporate websites with new templates, modules, and content
Create wireframes, mockups, and high‑fidelity designs aligned with brand standards
Build responsive layouts using clean, semantic
HTML5
and
CSS3
Ensure accessibility (WCAG), cross‑browser compatibility, and strong UX
Apply technical SEO fundamentals (structure, metadata, schema basics, performance)
Collaborate with backend, IT, and Martech teams on integrations when needed
Digital & Print Design
Design brochures, flyers, sales collateral, trade show materials, and branded assets
Create digital marketing graphics, banners, and campaign visuals
Produce print‑ready files with proper production specs
Build polished executive and sales PowerPoint presentations
Email & Campaign Support
Design and code responsive email templates
Ensure cross‑client compatibility and mobile optimization
Support marketing automation initiatives (HubSpot strongly preferred)
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic, Web, or Digital Design (or equivalent experience) and relevant organizational management certifications
Several years of in‑house B2B experience across web design, graphic design, and CMS work
A strong online portfolio showing responsive web builds and professional B2B design work
Experience building templates and pages inside a CMS environment
Experience supporting multiple business units
Familiar with events software
Bonus: video design/production experience
Technical Skills
Advanced HTML5 & CSS3
Responsive design expertise
Working knowledge of basic JavaScript
Experience with enterprise CMS platforms
Technical SEO fundamentals
Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Advanced PowerPoint design
Email marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Figma or Sketch
Git and browser dev tools
Core Competencies
Strong understanding of conversion‑focused design
Excellent typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Ability to scale brand systems across multiple sites
High attention to detail in both design and code
Self‑motivated and effective in a remote environment
