Position Summary The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research (“the Foundation”) is seeking top talent for its Marketing Coordinator (Research Marketing) position. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position provides executional and coordination support across Research Marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on recruitment campaigns for priority programs such as PPMI, BLAAC PD, and P2P. This role supports creative asset management, social content planning, performance reporting, and testing initiatives across paid and owned channels. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Strategist, Analytics, Creative, and agency partners, the Marketing Coordinator ensures campaigns are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned to performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

Support execution of Research recruitment marketing campaigns across priority programs

Oversee creative asset trafficking, routing for approvals, and deployment across paid media channels (Research, Policy and Brand campaigns as needed)

Develop and manage owned social content calendars for Research recruitment initiatives

Assist with campaign setup, QA, and launch coordination across internal and external partners

Partner with Analytics to compile monthly performance reports and surface actionable insights

Support testing initiatives and learning agendas across campaigns

Maintain campaign documentation, timelines, and budget trackers

Coordinate cross-functional workflows to ensure smooth execution across teams

Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform campaign optimization

Qualifications and Skills

Knowledge of marketing, communications, or related field

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail

Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns and content execution

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising ecosystems

Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfort working with data

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) preferred

Passion for the Foundation’s mission and advancing Parkinson’s research

Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. In addition to salary, The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
