
Production Designer (PowerPoint & Layout Focus)

About the Role
We are seeking a production‑focused graphic designer to support high‑volume client and partner work. This role is execution‑driven, not conceptual or product‑design focused.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in layout, formatting, and consistency, with particular strength in PowerPoint and document‑based design. You will work from established templates, brand guidelines, and direction to produce polished, client‑ready deliverables across presentations, eBooks, and marketing assets.
This role is best suited for designers who thrive in a fast‑paced production environment, value precision, and take pride in delivering clean, consistent work at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Design and format high‑volume deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, eBooks, and marketing assets
Apply and maintain layout systems, grids, templates, and brand standards across all assets
Ensure visual consistency, alignment, spacing, and hierarchy across slides and documents
Implement design updates and revisions quickly and accurately based on feedback
Prepare production‑ready files that meet delivery and quality standards
Collaborate with project managers, writers, and senior designers to execute against client needs
Adapt and version layouts for different formats or use cases as needed
Required Skills & Experience Candidates must demonstrate the following:
Strong layout and production design skills (document‑ and presentation‑based)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator and InDesign required (Photoshop strongly preferred)
Experience designing and formatting PowerPoint presentations
Solid understanding of design principles (layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing)
Ability to work from templates, grids, and brand systems without deviation
Comfort working in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to evaluate design choices with customer and business needs in mind
Clear communication skills and ability to explain design decisions when needed
