A fast-growing
hair wellness brand rooted in plant-based science and sustainability
is looking for a strategic Digital Content Strategist to lead how the brand shows up across digital channels.
This role owns the
end-to-end content strategy across paid, owned, and earned media
— shaping narrative direction, building content roadmaps, and partnering cross-functionally to drive awareness, education, and conversion.
What You’ll Do
Develop integrated multi-channel content strategies (social, search, email, SMS, web, video)
Translate business goals and consumer insights into editorial calendars and storytelling frameworks
Partner with Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, Ecommerce, and Creative teams
Use performance data to test, optimize, and scale high-impact content
Ensure consistent brand voice and science-backed messaging across the funnel
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in digital content or editorial strategy (DTC / beauty / wellness preferred)
Strong understanding of platform content and marketing KPIs
Experience collaborating with performance teams and using data to inform strategy
Highly organized, systems-oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives
