The Marketing Operations & Events Coordinator is an on‑site role that helps tell that story. This person is responsible for coordinating campaigns, events, collateral, digital channels, customer visits, and internal presentations, while keeping reporting current and useful.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who is organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented. It also requires the instincts and experience to spot marketing opportunities worth communicating. The role works closely with company leadership, internal stakeholders, and outside creative partners to ensure the right work gets done well and on time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing execution and production

Manage day‑to‑day marketing execution, including email deployment, social scheduling, website updates, and other production work

Stay closely connected to activity in the factory and the field, in collaboration with Production and Sales, to identify story opportunities, product and service highlights, company milestones, and other developments worth capturing and communicating

Stay in close contact with Sales to understand priorities and help ensure marketing support is timely, relevant, and useful

Order, maintain, and distribute collateral and related marketing materials, including brochures, postcards, business cards, product sheets, and similar items

Provide writing support and make template‑based updates to existing materials

Trade shows, events, and company presentations

Manage trade show execution from pre‑to‑post‑event, including registrations, booth setup and assets, shipping, deadlines, collateral, and swag

Help ensure IDEAL's event presence is well prepared by spotting gaps in materials, messaging, imagery, or other event support needs ahead of time

Assemble and finalize slide decks for monthly company meetings, town hall meetings, and similar internal presentations and events

Coordinate sponsorships, community involvement, and related follow‑through

Marketing operations, reporting, and organization

Track and report on marketing activity, including Google Analytics, email performance, social performance, and other basic activity summaries

Help interpret performance trends and flag areas where messaging, timing, content, or channel execution may need adjustment

Help maintain orderly marketing processes and project follow‑through in the company’s digital work management system

Help improve the organization of marketing files and shared folders so materials are current, usable, and easy to find

Coordinate regular customer survey setup and execution

Assess and help implement new tools that streamline marketing operations, including practical uses of AI and automation

On‑site messaging and customer experience

Manage internal digital signage content, working with stakeholders to keep messages current and relevant for employees and visitors

Help ensure tours, customer visits, visitor registration, and on‑site experiences are optimized from a marketing and customer experience standpoint

Identify gaps or opportunities in the visitor experience and help drive updates to signage, materials, messaging, or presentation readiness

Coordination responsibilities

Coordinate with freelance designers and other outside creative partners by drafting clear project briefs, gathering inputs, and helping ensure work is well scoped, on brand, and delivered on time

Coordinate with printers, photographers, videographers, and other vendors

Support PR and communications opportunities on a coordination basis, serving as a professional company contact and helping facilitate opportunities

Coordinate with IT and Facilities to support conference rooms, digital signage, monitors, AV, and the spaces used for meetings by visitors and employees

Coordinate with Quality and Compliance stakeholders to ensure facility signage is identified, created, updated, and installed

Coordinate internal event logistics, such as hotels, catering, welcome materials, tote bags, and other details for select team summits or visitor programs

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Experience in a digital marketing or event marketing role with significant coordination responsibilities

Experience working in deadline‑driven environments with many moving pieces

Sharp marketing sense to spot good stories, content opportunities, gaps in support, and moments worth sharing

Ability to track marketing activity, pull useful reporting, and spot trends, gaps, or areas that need attention

Experience using marketing and project management systems

Experience supporting internal stakeholders and outside vendors

Strong project management and follow‑through

Strong organization and attention to detail

Sound judgment, responsiveness, and professionalism

Clear written and verbal communication skills

WORKING CONDITIONS AND WORK HOURS

Daily minimum of 8 hours. Weekly 40‑hour minimum.

Must be willing to work flexible hours, overtime, occasional weekends, nights, and holidays.

This position generally operates in a professional office environment and may occasionally be required to move about the production areas of the facility.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as phones, computers, copiers/printers.
