In this role you will be a Subject Matter Expert in multiple functions within the team.**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:* Communicate with customers using multiple workflows (i.e., phones, quotes, orders).* Clarify orders/request with customers/delivery partners. Process more complex customer orders/requests for fulfillment activities that require multiple processes.* Identify, respond and resolve customer inquiries independently and handle escalated requests.* Communicate policies with some variation, interpret and provide alternates within policy/guideline threshold.* Developing and learning to drive continuous improvement opportunities. Identifies opportunities and challenges to provide input to resolutions.* Identify and present alternative options. Effectively communicate or offer pre-determined options or promotions.* Positive, professional, empathetic, customer-focused, inclusive and solutions-oriented. Living the Andersen Team values consistently.* Work with limited direction and provide mentorship to new teammates.**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:****MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS**:* High School diploma or equivalent plus 1-year relevant experience.* Strong written, verbal, phone communication skills.* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.* Strong computer skills; including Microsoft Suite.**NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:*** Andersen product knowledge.**COMPENSATION:**Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.**PAY RANGE:**$27.45 - $39.75**CULTURE AND BENEFITS:**At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
