Position Overview This is not a typical service role. As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be a trusted partner to sophisticated, ultra-high-net-worth clients, delivering a white-glove experience while playing a key role in a rapidly growing firm.
You’ll operate with autonomy, take ownership of client relationships, and be positioned for advancement into senior roles or the Financial Advisor track, depending on your career goals.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a primary point of contact for client relationships
Deliver proactive, high-touch service that exceeds expectations
Manage account onboarding, transactions, and ongoing client needs
Prepare client reports, meeting materials, and portfolio documentation
Partner with advisors to deliver a seamless, best-in‑class experience
Anticipate client needs and go the extra mile in every interaction
Make proactive outbound client contacts to strengthen relationships and support ongoing engagement.
Collaborate with advisors and team members to ensure an exceptional and consistent client experience.
Prepare materials and documentation for client meetings and follow up on action items afterward.
Execute compliance‑related responsibilities including maintaining documentation, monitoring regulatory requirements, and assisting with regulatory correspondence.
Provide operational support across the firm, which may include marketing tasks, performance reporting, and general office administration.

What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years experience (wealth management or client service)
Series 65 (required)
Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and proactive
Strong communicator with a client‑first mindset
Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
Growth‑oriented with long‑term career ambition
High degree of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with custodian platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexibility is required to support client needs, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or events
Compensation
Competitive base: $100,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)
