
Marketing Assistant

Position Summary
The role involves supporting the Marketing Department with various clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong organizational, computer, and creative skills, working closely with different managers to enhance our branding and online presence.
Daily Activities Include
Collaborating with the General Manager for consistent branding.
Updating website content and visual elements.
Managing media (photos and videos) of our jobs.
Editing content for YouTube and creating LinkedIn posts.
Handling trade show preparations and coordination.
Developing targeted marketing campaigns on social media.
Using Sales and CRM software for lead tracking.
Creating Service Manuals promptly post-job completion.
Assisting in generating parts lists, improving Service Manuals, and following up with customers post-job.
Training as a backup for the Service Coordinator and aiding other departments as directed.
Basic Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and WordPress.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn about the conveyor industry.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
High school diploma.
Preferred Experience
Previous Marketing role experience.
Web development familiarity.
Experience in the conveyor or related industry.
Basic AutoCAD skills.
Manufacturing background.
