The Role We are currently looking for an energetic, hands-on, and motivated designer to join the CreativeTeamasan Events Graphic Designer focused on bringing our event spaces to life!This position will be involved in creating high-quality visual assets to supporttheOperationsDepartment withon-sitegraphics for events such as the Kentucky Derby, NBA,Formula 1,NHL,and more!
Candidates should also havepreviousexperience designinglarge-scalespaces for capacitiesup to1,000 people per venue.
Responsibilities
Take the lead in creating graphics for venue spaces bycollaborating withtheoperations team on the vision and brand essence of the space.
See through creative projects for each event from start to finish ensuring it meets brand guidelines as well as creating an exciting space for our customers.
Creating designsfor a variety of elements including but not limited to table graphics, wall panels, window wraps, menu designs, credentials, signage, guest ticket packaging, lanyards and supporting projectsall while adhering to brand guidelines
Review floorplans/photos to ensure the space is cohesive, exciting, and appealing
Working independently and/or with the team on a variety of projectssimultaneously
Prioritizing and managing multiple projects effectively and efficiently
Ability to adhere fully to multiple brand guidelines

Requirements
Full-time in-person based in the Charlotte, NC office.
Legal authorization to work in the United States. Candidates requiring a work visa will not be considered at this time.
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in a Graphic Designer Role
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier & After Effects
Strong print background
Ability to work directly with print vendors
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite
High attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while being able to multi-task and work with cross-functional teams all whilemaintaininga high quality of work
Resourceful, innovative, creative, and flexible
Organized,accurateand deadline-oriented
Friendly personality and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues
Strong communicationskills
Strong desireto learn and further develop your skills
Killer portfolio thatshowcasesyourexpertise
Possesses a solid grasp of all basic design principles
