We are looking for
2 experienced PACS SME
with deep hands‑on experience in
Merge PACS . The role focuses on designing, building, and implementing enterprise imaging workflows across radiology environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, build, and implement solutions using the
Merge Healthcare
suite (Merge PACS, Merge RIS, etc.)
Lead PACS integrations with EMR, VNA, and imaging modalities
Execute workstation rollout, modality configuration, DICOM router setup, and data migration
Develop and enforce technical standards and best practices for imaging workflows
Troubleshoot PACS, DICOM, HL7, networking, storage, and performance issues
Work closely with vendors, radiology teams, IT teams, and onshore/offshore groups
Support or lead PACS consolidation and migration projects
Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for internal teams
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years in Healthcare IT
Minimum 3 years architecting/administering
Merge PACS
Deep understanding of
DICOM, HL7, IHE
radiology standards
Hands‑on with PACS administration, upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting
Experience with VNA, storage systems, disaster recovery, and security best practices
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience
