Job Details Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of ultra-luxury residences.
Ideal Candidate
A proven track record managing complex, high-value projects and ensuring flawless execution from start to finish.
Strong experience in STRUCTURAL STEEL
Strong experience understanding structural drawings
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all on-site construction activities for large-scale luxury homes.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to maintain quality and timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Manage scheduling, inspections, and problem-solving for technical challenges.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in high-end residential construction.
Expertise in steel structures, concrete work, and advanced lighting systems.
Demonstrated success managing projects of $7M–$25M and 10,000+ sq. ft. homes.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Software: Job Trend, MS 360, Bluebeam
