Structural Designer – CAD & Steel Structures (Hybrid)

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Structural Designer based in the Green Bay, Wisconsin Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home opportunities. The Structural Designer will create detailed construction drawings, collaborate on designs for steel structures and other civil and structural components, and utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to support engineering projects. Daily tasks also include collaborating with engineering teams to ensure structural integrity, compliance with regulations, and alignment with project objectives. The role emphasizes creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork to develop high-quality design solutions. Qualifications Experience in steel design concepts and applications preferred. Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and knowledge of Structural Engineering principles. Ability to effectively use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to produce accurate and detailed designs. Strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of material properties and building codes. Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Prior experience in construction or industrial projects is a plus.
