
IT Portfolio Analyst - Hybrid (Atlanta, GA)

At OneDigital, the IT Portfolio Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the delivery and governance of IT projects and initiatives by coordinating portfolio activities across the IT organization. This position provides administrative and analytical support to the IT Strategy & Governance team, ensuring consistent execution of intake, prioritization, and reporting processes. The Portfolio Coordinator helps maintain visibility into the project portfolio, including project status, resource capacity planning, and alignment to strategic objectives through the maintenance of related dashboards and reporting. This individual works closely with the IT PMO, Infrastructure, Business Solutions, Finance, and Vendor Management teams to support operational excellence. Responsibilities include assisting with project intake activities, tracking and reporting on portfolio performance, supporting project capitalization in partnership with Finance, and coordinating with the Vendor Management team to monitor vendor contracts, renewals, onboarding, and alignment with project and portfolio needs. The schedule is hybrid and in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, while remote Monday and Friday.Work with the Vendor Management team to monitor and track vendor contracts, renewals, SOWs, and onboarding related to portfolio activities.Strategically use AI to work intelligently and improve productivity and efficiency while completing tasks.**Preferred Qualifications and Experience**2–4 years of experience supporting IT project, program, or portfolio management functions.Familiarity with project and portfolio management tools such as Smartsheet, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar platforms. Working knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems and adapt to changing environments. Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage across technical and non-technical teams. Experience supporting vendor or contract tracking processes is a plus.
