Events & Sales Coordinator (Part-Time)

Weyland Ventures Hospitality is looking for an Event & Sales Coordinator to support the Glassworks and The Henry Clay event venues.
The Part-Time Events & Sales Coordinator supports the Director of Sales for the Henry Clay Events Center and Glassworks Events by managing and responding to client inquiries, conducting venue tours, and providing on-site support for select events. This role focuses on selling the event space and ensures that venue-related services, setup requirements, and communication are handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound event inquiries and provide information about venue availability, pricing, and policies.
Qualify leads and schedule site tours for prospective clients.
Conduct venue tours and present the event spaces using established sales materials.
Assist with preparing contracts, collecting deposits, and maintaining organized sales records.
Event Coordination (Venue Operations)
Coordinate venue logistics for contracted events, including table and chair setup when using venue-owned inventory.
Arrange pre-event and post-event cleaning and ensure the venue is prepared for scheduled events.
Communicate venue guidelines, access procedures, and operational information to clients (lighting controls, building access, emergency contact procedures, etc.).
Serve as an on-site venue representative for select events, providing basic support and addressing facility-related needs.
Client Communication & Administrative Support
Maintain clear communication with clients leading up to their event regarding venue-related details.
Track event schedules and ensure internal teams are aware of upcoming venue needs.
Support post-event follow-up and assist with maintaining positive client relationshi.
