About the role: As the Senior Manager, Amazon Online Growth, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of business strategies that support the acceleration of LG H&H America’s brands online with a focus on Amazon. You will ensure that LG H&H America’s investments in online strategies support growth, while providing a seamless customer journey. This role requires experience leading and managing an Amazon business, and ability to lead a team to secure the most optimal product portfolios for beauty and personal care. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, and capable of influencing leadership and key stakeholders to support ongoing business initiatives.
You will report to the Head of Digital.
Responsibilities
Architect the long-term growth strategy for LG H&H America’s Amazon business, ensuring alignment with the overall eCommerce and Digital Media strategy
Manage critical aspects of the Amazon business including inventory & demand planning, merchandising, content development and website performance to ensure a seamless customer journey and user experience
Leverage customer, product, and site performance data to enhance the customer experience and strategic direction and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Collaborate with brand marketing and creative teams to develop content that best represents LG H&H brands, promotes key initiatives, and drives top-line sales
Own and maintain strong relationship with Amazon partners
Develop and manage the budget for the Amazon business, ensuring efficient use of resourcesStay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and research new technologies to constantly improve site performance
Support cross-departmentally on Amazon specific processes like finance, accounting & supply chain.
Assist in global expansion, management and growth across NA. Experience with Amazon CA & MX preferred.
Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience, preferably in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or multichannel retail management, including at least 3 years of Amazon business strategy
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Strong understanding of Amazon’s business model, strategy, Amazon Vendor & Seller Central and Amazon Advertising.
Strong ability to develop and execute strategic business plans, and ability to present to and influence leadership across multiple business units
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage several projects with minimal oversight, while managing the priorities of team
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data to drive insights and decision-making
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Creative mindset with the ability to recommend innovative approaches to business initiatives and operational challenges
