Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Minneapolis, MN. The Business Development Specialist will identify and pursue potential business opportunities through lead generation and market research. Responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and analyzing industry trends to develop growth strategies. The role will focus on delivering excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

Proficient in Lead Generation and Market Research with the ability to identify new business opportunities

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships

Demonstrated Analytical Skills and the ability to use data to inform business development strategies

Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Relevant experience in business development or a related field

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
