What You’ll Do No two days are the same. You’ll be working in our Luverne location applying your skills in many ways including:
Assisting customers with questions regarding service, accounting details and ensuring customers are happy with our care
Through our software, be able to schedule service and sales appointments as well as delivery orders
Contacting customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans
Working with your team members solving challenges in areas such as scheduling, finance, sales, service and others
Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers
Whether you’re new to the trade or a seasoned pro, we’ll help you grow your skills and confidence.
What We’re Looking For We’re looking for people with
strong work ethic, curiosity, and care for customers . Our ideal candidate will have:
High school diploma or GED
Two years of customer service or related experience required
Strong time management and project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excited about joining the best; Culligan Water!
