Job Responsibilities
Responsible for development, implementation, delivery, and oversight of the training program for current and new staff Assess company-wide developmental needs and drive training initiatives and solutions to improve staff productivity Actively search, create, design, and implement effective methods to educate and enhance performance Align the corporation's learning and development strategy and deploy web-based and in-person training across the organization Develop a culture of continuous learning, providing support to individuals who may have specific needs Job Qualifications
5+ years of experience in training delivery and design, including management within affordable housing (HUD, Tax Credit, and other low‑income housing programs) Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business, education or similar preferred Strong organizational, communication, project planning, and management skills Effectively present information to groups or individuals Ability to write reports, correspondence, technical procedures, and training manuals Ability to respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public Personable and approachable demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality Certifications in training preferred Bilingual background a plus, but not required Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi or similar property management software Salary: Negotiable; Commensurate with Experience; Comprehensive Benefits Package.
