Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety Supervisor located in Michigan City, IN. The Safety Supervisor will oversee workplace safety protocols, conduct safety training sessions, and implement safety engineering projects. Additional responsibilities include investigating workplace accidents, promoting occupational health standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role involves engaging with employees across various levels and delivering customized safety solutions to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications
Strong understanding of Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices Skills with Microsoft Suite Skilled in Safety Training and facilitating employee education programs Experience in Safety Engineering and implementing safety systems Proficiency in Accident Investigation and incident analysis Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Certifications - OSHA 30-Hour Relevant experience in consulting, construction, or industrial safety settings is a plus 1-3 years experience in construction safety
