As a Professional Relations Manager SPM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we engage with healthcare professionals across our global Sports Medicine business. This is a highly visible, strategic operations role where you will bring structure, clarity and execution discipline to complex HCP focused initiatives, enabling teams to deliver consistently, compliantly and at scale.
What will you be doing?
Designing and implementing standardized operational and governance frameworks for global HCP engagement programs, including Advisory Boards
Building structured intake, planning and execution workflows, including unified annual surveys to enable global data aggregation
Establishing documentation standards, execution tracking tools, dashboards and automation to improve transparency, ownership and follow through
Creating adaptable governance models that support multi regional initiatives and ensure alignment with enterprise and compliance requirements
Driving strong linkage between global and regional marketing and R&D, ensuring insights flow effectively across teams
Leading operational coordination, communication and execution rhythms for key strategic initiatives
Managing program communications, status reporting and Engage documentation
Identifying risks, driving mitigation plans and escalating issues as needed
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with select healthcare professionals to align expertise with business priorities
What will you need to be successful?
Bachelor’s degree required, with a Master’s preferred in Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Engineering or a related field
8 to 12 plus years of experience in program management, marketing, medical education, compliance or operational excellence
Demonstrated success leading cross functional initiatives in complex, matrixed environments
Experience working directly with healthcare professionals
Strong knowledge of operational frameworks, governance models and process optimization
Advanced ability to synthesize information, manage interdependencies and drive accountability
Excellent written, verbal, analytical and problem solving skills
Experience supporting global or multi regional programs preferred
Familiarity with compliance aligned HCP engagement processes and documentation rigor
Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement training or certification is a plus

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $188,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, we provide competitive bonus and benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, parental leave, and generous PTO, paid company holidays annually and 8 hours of Volunteer time and a variety of wellness offerings such as EAP.
