Digital Marketing Manager
Rhoads Creative, Exton, PA, United States
Are you someone who gets the small stuff right and sees how all the pieces connect across digital strategy, reporting, and execution? At Rhoads Creative, we’re looking for a
Digital Marketing Manager
who can help with day-to-day digital efforts, ensure campaigns stay sharp and organized, and make sure our reporting doesn’t just track results but helps improve them.
This role is a fit for someone with
solid hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, content workflows, and analytics. You won’t be working in isolation; you’ll collaborate closely with our creative and technical teams. However,
you will be expected to keep projects moving, speak the language of performance, and own the essential digital tasks that keep client success on track.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage ongoing digital tasks
across SEO, PPC, CMS web updates, and reporting updates.
Execute and oversee
routine website edits,
content updates, page formatting, image optimization, internal linking, etc.
Support and manage core
SEO activities , including but not limited to
writing alt text, optimizing metadata, improving page structure, conducting topic and backlink research, and performing light technical audits . Work cross-functionally with content and strategy teams to inform SEO-driven content plans through competitor insights and keyword analysis.
Use
AI tools like ChatGPT
to support content drafting, brainstorming, ad copy variations, and streamlining routine marketing tasks.
Support and maintain
paid search campaigns
by writing and
updating ad copy, managing negative keywords, making minor campaign adjustments, and conducting quality checks . Collaborate closely with the Paid Search Manager to ensure campaigns stay optimized and aligned with client goals.
Assist with
monthly and campaign-based reporting , gathering performance metrics, identifying patterns, and packaging insights into clean summaries for the team and clients.
Keep project timelines moving using
Asana , and help the team prioritize what’s next.
What You Should Bring
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency, fast-paced in-house team, or freelance capacity, ideally with hands-on work in SEO, paid search support, and campaign performance reporting.
Strong working knowledge of
Google Analytics (GA4) , Google Search Console, Google Ads and reporting tools like Looker Studio or similar.
Experience with
WordPress or similar CMS platforms,
you don’t need to code, but should be comfortable editing and troubleshooting in a web environment.
Comfortable using tools like
Ahrefs, Screaming Frog ,
ChatGPT ,
Canva , and
project management platforms
like Monday.com or Asana.
Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive, you should be comfortable building simple reports, using formulas, and organizing data clearly.
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms , enough to navigate, track campaign activity, and support lead management or reporting workflows.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits , able to manage multiple client deliverables without losing your grip.
Comfortable jumping into the weeds
but also stepping back to ask: “Is this working, and how do we know?”
A collaborative, helpful mindset . You’re the kind of person who jumps in, communicates early, and brings solutions, not just problems.
Why You’ll Love It Here
Partial remote setup. One to two days per week in person at our office in Exton, PA.
We’ll provide a company laptop, and if you need, we’ll also supply a monitor, keyboard, mouse, or other home office essentials to help you do your best work.
Fully paid medical benefits after three months.
15 days of PTO to start, plus paid holidays and more PTO added each year.
A close-knit team environment where you’ll be supported, trusted, and encouraged to grow your skills.
A well-rounded role with exposure to SEO, PPC and reporting. Perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to deepen their expertise across the digital mix.
