What You’ll Do
Build lasting relationships with customers and create clients for life
Guide customers through a consultative sales process by asking thoughtful questions and actively listening
Continuously develop your product knowledge to become a trusted vehicle expert
Deliver high-quality, professional vehicle presentations—in person and via video
Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Learn to confidently overcome objections and thrive in a dynamic sales environment Partner with Sales Managers to track goals, activities, and performance
Show up every day with energy, positivity, and a drive to succeed—we value attitude as much as experience
What We’re Looking For
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Self-motivated, driven, and eager to succeed
A desire to continuously learn and grow within the industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
