The ideal candidate is a highly creative designer with a strong portfolio that showcases a passion for illustrative design and typography. This individual has experience working across multiple platforms, including digital and print, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Graphic Designer will support the Communications Department at Max Mara Fashion Group, including Marketing, Events and Public Relations. This role is responsible for developing and executing both digital and print creative assets that support brand communications and client engagement across multiple channels. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail orientated and proactive, with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally. This individual will serve as a guardian of the brand’s visual identity, translating creative vision into refined and cohesive assets that uphold the brand’s luxury positioning. Key Responsibilities

Support Marketing, Events, PR, eCommerce and Retail as a central creative resource Design across a range of formats including: Illustrations Graphic design Video UX/UI SRT files Social and display banners Printed collateral Partner with Marketing to develop high‑impact creative assets for communications and omnichannel initiatives Collaborate with Events to design assets for activations, boutique events and pop‑ups, including invitations and supporting materials Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and internal cross‑functional teams Manage projects from concept through execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met Interpret and execute brand visual identity consistently across all channels Bring a solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to source, negotiate and manage resources independently Qualifications

4 to 5 years of graphic design experience required, preferably within luxury fashion, beauty or lifestyle Experience in Communications or a related field Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop Knowledge of Premiere and Trello is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Solid understanding of print production and digital specifications Exceptional eye for design and typography with a refined, minimal aesthetic Highly detail orientated with strong accountability Self‑motivated with a proactive, can‑do attitude Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with vendor management is a plus, particularly in New York and other key markets Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite is a plus
