Territory Sales Representative — Thoracic (Zimmer Biomet & Cardiothoracic Portfolio) Location: Los Angeles, CA (Downtown LA to Long Beach, east to Pomona) Overview

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Territory Sales Consultant to manage and grow a thoracic and cardiothoracic surgical portfolio across a high-value Los Angeles territory. This role focuses on Zimmer Biomet thoracic products along with complementary cardiothoracic device lines from other manufacturers. This is an opportunity to step into an established book of business while aggressively expanding market share within a dense, high-volume hospital network. Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow an existing territory with active hospital accounts Drive utilization of thoracic and cardiothoracic products in surgical settings Provide in-OR case support and ensure product readiness for procedures Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and OR staff Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts Execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue growth Maintain deep knowledge of product portfolio and clinical applications Track sales performance, case activity, and pipeline opportunities Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturer partners as needed Maintain a high level of responsiveness and availability for case coverage Minimum Requirements

1–2 years of medical device sales experience Currently based in or actively working within the Los Angeles market Strong understanding of hospital systems and surgical workflows Proven ability to build relationships with clinical stakeholders Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a commission-based role Willingness to be in the field daily, including early mornings and case coverage Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience in thoracic, cardiovascular, or surgical device sales Existing relationships within LA-area hospitals and OR teams Prior experience supporting cases in the operating room Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets Entrepreneurial mindset with a “territory owner” mentality Compensation & Benefits
