Co-op, Corporate Real Estate (Fall 2026)

Delta Air Lines, Inc., Atlanta, GA, United States

How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

The Corporate Real Estate team plays a critical role in shaping how Delta shows up in key spaces that support our operations, people, and customers. The team partners closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver real estate strategy, design and construction initiatives, airport affairs, and facilities experience and maintenance.

Through a mix of large-scale initiatives — such as airport redevelopments at LGA, LAX, and JFK, as well as the design and buildout of Delta Sky Clubs — and smaller, ongoing projects, the Corporate Real Estate team supports both long‑term transformation and day‑to‑day operational needs. Together, this work helps ensure Delta’s spaces consistently reflect the brand, support operations, and deliver a high‑quality customer experience.

We are seeking co‑ops interested in gaining additional exposure to how corporate real estate strategy, design, construction, and facilities operations come to life within a complex, customer‑focused environment.

Participating in site visits, facility walkthroughs, airport audits, and project reviews to gain firsthand exposure to active construction, operational spaces, and customer‑facing environments

Supporting data analysis related to space utilization, facilities performance, customer or employee experience, or project tracking

Conducting research and benchmarking on real estate trends, design standards, sustainability practices, or airport best practices

Assisting with documentation, audits, and other activities tied to airport or facilities operations

Contributing to ad hoc projects that provide insight into how Corporate Real Estate operates across strategy, execution, and ongoing operations
