**Property Associate** As a Property Associate at JLL, you will serve as the primary administrative point of contact for an Office property or portfolio.
You will also provide accounting and financial support, maintain positive tenant relations and provide superior customer service.

An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data* *.*Expected Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pmSupport property management team with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of property records and databases Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), certificates of insurance (COIs), code invoices and complete other financial tasksAssist with tenant events, building communications, and community engagement initiatives to enhance tenant experienceProvide backup support for reception duties, mail distribution, and general office operations as needed All other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations**Complete job description available on JLL's internal portal** **Required qualifications:** 1-2 years of work experience in an office environment, preferably in commercial real estate or property management1-2 years of work experience in a customer service or customer-facing position Strong written and verbal communication skills
