Position Summary The Executive Assistant / Property Manager provides high-level administrative support to the CEO while overseeing the day-to‑day operations and management of assigned properties. This dual role position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across both executive support and property management functions.

Key Responsibilities Executive Assistant Duties

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements

Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and professionalism

Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity

Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of initiatives

Coordinate and support meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow‑ups

Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic budgeting tasks

Property Management Duties

Oversee daily operations of assigned properties (residential and/or commercial)

Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, and property inspections

Manage tenant communications, including inquiries, complaints, and lease‑related matters

Assist with leasing activities, including marketing, tenant screening, and onboarding

Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations

Track rent collection, prepare reports, and assist with financial oversight

Maintain accurate property records, contracts, and documentation

Coordinate move‑ins, move‑outs, and property turnover processes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

3+ years of experience in executive support, property management, or a related field

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of discretion and professionalism

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Experience with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium) is a plus

Knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation:

$80,000 – $85,000 annually, plus performance‑based bonus tied to KPIs established by the CEO
