About the Role As a Product Manager in Chase Auto, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide business value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top‑tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Chase Auto Product team is seeking a Senior Product Lead who will dive head‑first into creating innovative solutions focused on supporting Auto Dealer Relationship Managers and Bankers with the Salesforce application. The Product team operates as an agile construct within the Consumer Bank, sitting at the intersection of product, technology, and experience. This role will own the identification and delivery of features and experiences to facilitate our efforts to support employees delivering on the growth of our business with clients. If you have proven experience launching successful products in dynamic, consumer‑facing companies, a passion for improving people’s lives, and the ability to craft and deliver creative solutions to challenging customer problems, then we are looking for you.
Job Responsibilities
Build value for our customers by guiding successful product launches and consistently exceeding expectations. Through delivery of high‑quality products that resonate with our clients, ensure their satisfaction and foster long‑term relationships.
Lead multiple simultaneous complex strategic product initiatives and own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from customer research, discovery, delivery to product launch, and monitoring post‑launch performance for continuous improvement.
Provide visibility opportunities across product and business ecosystem senior leaders throughout Chase Auto.
Identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation, efficiency and standardization, scalability, and implement process improvements.
Leverage systems thinking to articulate end‑to‑end solutions for stakeholders.
Find synergies across various stakeholders, partners and vendors within the solution ecosystem.
Conduct walk‑throughs and training sessions to update stakeholders, user groups, third‑party vendors, and all product ecosystem participants.
Support and govern adherence to Chase policy, procedures and compliance framework.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
Energetic self‑starter with ability to facilitate delivery of the strategic vision with demonstrated effectiveness leading and problem‑solving across a multi‑disciplinary team.
Strong stakeholder management skills, must be organized and able to execute in a strong matrix organization; plan and break down into achievable deliverables.
Excellent communication capabilities, clearly and succinctly messaging with appropriate level of detail to various stakeholders such as cross‑functional teams, senior leadership, and vendors.
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing customer‑facing product initiatives, including development of the product strategy, roadmaps and initiatives.
Proven track record of influencing and effectively resolving issues and conflicts to ensure timely delivery.
Understanding of customer experience analytics, agile methodologies (toolset such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.) and product operating models.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
Salesforce experience.
Demonstrated experience in a product manager role.
Knowledge of modern technology stack as well as business acumen.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
