Pipe Foreman - Underground Utility Foreman

We are seeking a qualified Pipe Foreman with at least five years of experience to supervise projects from planning through completion while coordinating the daily activities of a 2–5 person crew. The ideal candidate will actively inspect job sites for safety concerns and health hazards, ensuring full compliance with company safety procedures and OSHA regulations, while holding the crew accountable to these standards. Responsibilities include submitting and reviewing employee time, evaluating crew productivity and progress, and maintaining strong working relationships with employees, owners, inspectors, and other stakeholders. Candidates must be highly skilled in reading blueprints and proficient in using a pipe laser, performing vacuum testing of manholes, air testing sanitary sewer systems, and pressure testing water lines. A strong background in excavation, backfill, and proper compaction practices is required, along with experience installing sanitary sewer, storm drain, and fire/domestic water lines. Knowledge of erosion control BMPs is essential, with Blue Card certification considered a plus. Applicants should also be proficient in operating heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, and wheel loaders. Must have 5+ years of experience as a pipe foreman.
